Tim Borys
Achieving excellent health and fitness isn't "Rocket Science." In fact, at some level, most people know the basics. The main issue becomes understanding and putting those basics into practice each day!
Combined with the fact that our world is filled with increasing amounts of misinformation, marketing hype, and outright lies, it's no wonder people are frustrated with a lack of results. Essentially people have been programmed to look for a "Magic Pill" to better health. As industry professionals, we know this "pill" doesn't exist, yet the stereotype continues to be perpetuated.
Over the past 20 years as a wellness professional and International Educator, I've realized that the greatest value I can provide to people is to offer straightforward information, support and resources.
This approach has become the foundation for each division of FRESH!. Whether working with Individual Clients, Health Care Professionals, or Multinational Corporations, I've staked my reputation on providing straightforward information and practical strategies for health and fitness success in an easy to understand, and entertaining manner.
Every one of my programs and services promotes a Holistic approach to Health and FUNctional Performance that I feel is missing in most of the Health Care Profession. I strive to help people see their health, fitness and life from a unique and enlightening perspective the will help them grow both personally and professionally.
By continually, learning, asking questions and challenging the status quo, I strive to create change not only in myself, but the industry and society at large.
