How to Register
• Use one registration form per person. You may photocopy for additional copies.
• Please print clearly and fill in completely
• Total payment must be included with your registration
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, cheque or money order (made payable to AAYWCA Calgary Retreat)
• NSF cheques are subject to a $20 fee

With each method of registration please include payment, session selection form and signed waiver. Registrations without payment will be returned. Your registration is not considered complete until we receive your session choices and waiver of liability.
Confirmation of Registration
After your complete registration package and payment has been received, we will forward a confirmation letter to you. Confirmation letters will not be sent after April 12, 2011. After that date they will be included in your registration package, as well as your official receipt and other important conference information.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing by March 1, 2011. Your fee will be refunded less a $20 administration fee.
NO REFUNDS will be given after March 1, 2011.
NO REFUNDS or credits for no-shows.
